A salt factory located in Bouin, offering quality salts made using traditional methods.
Composed of very fine crystals, it is formed by the action of the sun and the wind. A sea salt with a unique hue, due to the natural presence of clay at the bottom of the marsh, clay rich in silica. The traditional harvesting method allows their sea salt to take on 2 to 3% of this clay. Fleur de sel and coarse salt are neither washed nor treated, they drain naturally, and are dried in the sun, not undergoing any mechanization in order to respect the qualities and taste of a natural salt. The salt of Analia and Julien is labeled Nature et Progrès.
