An award-winning Maître Restaurateur, Sébastien's cuisine is modern, flavorful and daring: foie gras marbled with smoked tuna, Kamok jelly, then duck in 3 ways (filet au sautoir, leg confit 36h, crispy gizzard), raspberry jus.
