Located on the3rd deck opposite the first wind turbine, Teddy and Damien offer oysters with the Huître Vendée Atlantique label, and are one of the stops on the Route de l'Huître. Several sizes and varieties of oysters, including fines and fines de claires, as well as the famous cocktail oyster. Other shellfish on offer include mussels, clams, periwinkles and ..... As well as selling oysters, they offer guided tours for groups (minimum 20 people), explaining how oysters grow and develop, and the different calibers and appellations.
