In the heart of a park, a beautiful and imposing 2-storey manor house is the setting for Nicolas Coutand's superb cuisine. It's on the upper menus that the chef expresses his talent and creativity; at lunchtime, the cuisine is more bistronomic! The dishes are magnificently staged, like paintings. Local produce is magnified. Vegetables and herbs come from the chef's own garden. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonal nature of the produce. As for the flavors, the combinations are surprising, subtle and delicate.
