In the heart of a park, a beautiful and imposing 2-storey manor house is the setting for Nicolas Coutand's superb cuisine. It's on the upper menus that the chef expresses his talent and creativity; at lunchtime, the cuisine is more bistronomic! The dishes are magnificently staged, like paintings. Local produce is magnified. Vegetables and herbs come from the chef's own garden. The menu changes regularly to reflect the seasonal nature of the produce. As for the flavors, the combinations are surprising, subtle and delicate.

Un dîner dégustation avec les vins. Du personnel très agréable. Un bel échange autour du jardin car les légumes proposés sont cultivés par le chef.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. La cuisine est au top et l'accueil a été bon. On s'y sent bien et même notre fils de presque 3 ans s'est régalé. Si vous êtes dans le coin, allez-y.

5* pour la cuisine et c'est ce qui compte le plus : c'était très bon, pas exotique mais original quand même et très bien présenté.
Les serveurs pourraient être un peu plus souriants et accueillants.
Concernant le service, il faut prévoir environ 3h30 pour le service 2 entrées 2 plats 2 desserts... j'ai trouvé cela trop long pour le service du soir mais ça n'engage que moi.
