A 9-hectare organic and biodynamic vineyard producing Brem wines, owned by Bastien Mousset, a passionate and environmentally conscious winegrower. Several grape variety combinations are on offer: Négrette on Rhyolite, Pinot noir on Schistes or Chenin on Granit. Its proximity to the ocean gives it a typical character, with freshness and a hint of iodine. High-quality vinification and ageing in concrete vats and barrels have made this estate's wines a must. Tours of the estate are available.
