In the Parée district, this small bar, created 4 years ago on the square just behind the beach, has a terrace with original and unique furniture where regular customers meet to have a drink with friends after work in the summer, and share tapas, including vintage sardines from Saint-Gilles. It changed hands last year, and the snack menu has been developed: in addition to cans of sardines, homemade bread, cheese and sausage boards, some croque-monsieur and salads. The room is very small and the terrace seats are expensive as soon as the sun comes up. All in simplicity, however, the Bar à Sardines is one of the nicest bars in the resort.
