The Vendelice melon is the fruit of a passion: that of the Bogers family, farmers for several generations, who by challenge innovated in the 1980s in the cultivation of melon in the Vendée. Their melon is produced on different sites in France (in Chaillé-les-Marais) and in Spain to ensure a distribution over more than 6 months of the year. To choose a melon, do the stalk test (the tail of the melon). It always comes off when the melon is ripe. Another alternative in summer, the mini black watermelon from Vendée that they also produce.
