Specialties of medieval potences and on hot stones; and in flagship dishes: home-made foie gras, roasted camembert, Mac Maraîchin with duck aiguillettes, beef tartar, filet of duckling, calf's head, filet of sea bass, sauté of shrimps and scallops, vegetarian dish, gourmet salads and mussels and French fries in summer.
