Specialties include medieval potences and warm stonework; and star dishes: homemade foie gras, roast camembert, œuf cocotte, salmon gravlax, Mac Maraîchin with duck aiguillettes, beef tartar, duck filet, calf's head, shrimp and scallop sauté, gourmet salads and moules-frites in summer. Mon frère m'a invitée dans ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire. Ma belle-soeur et moi avons pris une tête de veau, excellente et mon frère une potence mixte. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ????
Le service est impeccable et malgré le monde dans la salle, nous n'avons pas trop attendu.
