If, like us, you are an avid chocophile, then you must push the door of the fifth brand of the great Vendée chocolatier, Patrick Gelencser, located in the heart of the town, on the Place du Champ de Foire. Among the flagship chocolates of this essential craftsman: different flavoured or pure ganaches, all more delicious than the others, aiguillettes and slices of orange, Florentines and beggars, or other creations such as the Vendée heart (praline and nougatine).
