Already on the island of Noirmoutier for three generations, Lucie and Fabien Gaborit also have a bench at Les Halles de Challans. In Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile, their fish fish is recognised as the best on the island. Shellfish farmers for 3 generations, the Gaborit have an excellent reputation! Freshness, regularity, and dependability are put. Daily receipts: Fabien goes to the auction every day. No farmed fish here, only local, artisanal fishing. In its nets: mullet, turbot, line bar, sole, Saint-Jacques, shrimp, bluefin and white tuna of the island of Yeu and des Sables, and of course moulds, shells, crustaceans, Noirmoutier lobster label (never a pasture), local and sustainable fishing. Free cooking of crustaceans and fish. Homemade smoking specialities (salmon, tuna, place, bar,…). Mise fish to take away. Oysters are refined in marsh to produce fine fine, special light and belons. Seafood trays on order.
