Restaurant with a cuisine without fuss but with taste based on seafood in Damvix.
The Gambille is a dance practiced in the space where you are sitting, which was a guinguette on the edge of a conche until the 70s. It doesn't seem to have been renovated much since that golden period but it gives a fisherman's hut feel not unpleasant. As for the plate, it smells the soil of the Maraîchin: the classics of the South-Vendée like the stuffed snails, the eels and the legs of wild frogs in persillade. We find the duck in a home-made confit version or in the form of duck breast with a honey sauce.
