This charming little restaurant near the Gare Maritime is a delightful discovery, devoted entirely to seafood specialties. Here, the menu features nothing but fish, an iodized cuisine served in the cosy dining room or on the small patio. Nicolas, the chef, takes great care with his dishes, using fish from the Vendée fish markets and adding sauces or vegetables according to his inspiration: tuna tartare, poppy ice cream, fish tartars. The results are good, and L'Annexe deserves to be one of the finest restaurants in this small seaside resort.
