Based at the sailing school of Fromentine. This school uses 2 sites of practice: Fromentine/Noirmoutier for the courses of initiation/beginner and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie for the courses improvement (also a shop of material for surf, kite...). The school offers all types of lessons from 14 years old (and 45 kg): from beginners to advanced (jumping, spinning...), in group lessons, in groups of 3, or private lessons. Introductory courses take place in shallow water, on flat water. Count on 20 hours to learn the basics of kitesurfing.
