Four generations of oyster farmers carry on the family traditions and know-how to produce quality shellfish. Sébastien Vaire welcomes you to discover his passion: the production of fine oysters bred off the coast of the Ile de Noirmoutier. The family has been producing fine shellfish since 1927. Visit the oyster farm, taste the oysters and enjoy retail sales. You can also sample all this at the oyster bar on the edge of the basin, called Le Ponton. And outside opening hours, there's a 24-hour vending machine.
