FERME DE LA FUTAIE
Jean-Noël, Annick, René, Vianney, Alice and Christian have combined their skills and their love of the land. They raise organic ducks, which they offer in fillets, aiguillettes, legs and sleeves. Vianney and Alice raise chickens and guinea fowl and offer eggs. Frédéric raises cows and offers steak, rump steak, tournedos, entrecotes, sausages, brochettes and minced steak. Jean-Noël is the market gardener of the group. While Nathalie and Frédéric prepare excellent fresh dairy products: plain and flavoured yoghurts, fromage blanc, faisselle.
