Contemporary design for this recent hotel. A nice surprise inside with modern and warm rooms, including several family rooms. Good point: while the parents will have a drink at the bar or on its pleasant terrace, the children will play on the playground. The pluses don't stop there, as the hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness room. On-site restaurant service with a short menu of homemade dishes, and seminar room. A very nice 3-star hotel near Niort.

I was very disappointed by the location and the room size of the ‘hotel’ if it can be called a hotel at all. At the end of the road of an industrial area and facing a busy trafficking road, the room given to us was so small that we weren’t able to walk at the same time in the room. The bathroom was just a bit bigger than the toilet on the plane. The hotel rooms are actually mobile houses and the whole area looks like a camping site. At the end of the day it wasn’t even that close to puy du fou (40 mins driving). I paid just 40 eur more the next day and stayed at a 4 star hotel 15 mins from PDF. Staff is nice there, breakfast is correct but the room, geeez…no, sorry, won’t stay again.
