MARIE STUART HÔTEL
Scottish restaurant with a cosy and rustic atmosphere offers a menu of traditional French and Scottish dishes.
For more than 50 years, the Marie Stuart has been a Scottish enclave on Vendée soil! The cosy and rustic atmosphere of a typically Scottish interior: royal red walls, Scottish carpet and curtains, brassware, candlesticks, all under the portrait of Mary Stuart. The menu combines traditional French dishes with Scottish specialities such as the Scotch egg, the unmissable Highlands steak:Angus beef from Aberdeen, withoatmeal, flambéed in front of you; and for dessert, dumpling with butterscotch. Whisky lovers: there are over 100!
