The best of Japanese cuisine is located in La Roche-sur-Yon, opposite the train station and now in Les Sables-d'Olonne, opposite the Casino des Atlantes. A designer setting with black and red tones, and quality cuisine that makes it a point of honour to use fresh produce and home-made dishes, by the chefs we see working there. We like the pretty dishes, the menus on a tablet with photos and descriptions of the dishes and Japanese drinks. Don't feel like cooking? The takeaway service (with online payment) will meet your expectations. Here, you will taste the authentic flavours of Japan: sushi, maki, chirashi, sashimi, california, brochettes, tartars and also creations such as sweet maki for dessert or others inspired by current trends such as the vegan Bento.We fell for the tuna and wakame tartar and the spicy shrimp ramen. Comme à chaque fois nous nous sommes régalés. Des produits ultra frais, des recettes classique et des originale. Un service accueillant et chaleureux. Pour moi le meilleur japonais de la roche.

Définitivement exceptionnel, avec une mention très spéciale pour les Ramen, particulièrement le Naruto Ramen. Il faut aussi mentionner le Sashimi Thon Tempura, un pur délice. Tout est beau, fin, bon ... Une adresse précieuse !!!
