Apart from the name, the philosophy has remained the same, as has the setting, and the cuisine is still based on traditional French recipes, with brasserie classics such as homemade terrine, veal kidneys or beef chuck confit in red wine. The cuisine is consistent, and the menu is regularly renewed. A wide selection of wines by the glass is available to match these local dishes.
