Formerly Bistrot du Boucher, this brasserie has been operating under the name Beurre Zinc for over 2 years. Apart from the name, the philosophy has remained the same, as has the setting, and the cuisine is still based on traditional French recipes, with brasserie classics such as homemade terrine, veal kidneys or beef chuck confit in red wine. The cuisine is consistent, and the menu is regularly renewed. A wide selection of wines by the glass is available to match these local dishes.

Nous avons un menu ardoise qui change tous les jours entrée plat dessert à 23,80 qui reste raisonnable
Si les plats ne vous convenaient pas nous avions une carte de restaurant avec d autres choix, nous sommes donc désolés que les plats proposés ce jour là ne vous ai pas plus
