Jean, the chef, and Théo, a sommelier by training, are childhood friends who decided to return to their Vendée roots after working in some very fine establishments, including a Michelin 3-star for Jean. Let yourself be carried away by their seasonal, tasty and daring gastronomic cuisine, such as their butter-roasted lamb sweetbreads, followed by their pearly cod bisque with grapefruit, carrot and buckwheat mousseline, which you can pair with one of Théo's selected wines.
