At lunchtime, the focus is on the daily menu and suggestions on the slate. The menu is constantly changing: perfect egg, mushroom cream, then veal medallion, roasted Jerusalem artichoke, roasted hazelnuts, coffee-scented jus and spinach shoots with hazelnut oil. And for dessert, a crunchy praline, chocolate cookie, citrus insert and chocolate mousse.
