One of the best restaurants in Yonnais, and a classy setting to match its creative cuisine. Julien works with fresh, seasonal produce, thanks to his proximity to the Halles market! At lunchtime, the focus is on the daily menu and suggestions on the slate. The menu is constantly changing: perfect egg, mushroom cream, then veal medallion, roasted Jerusalem artichoke, roasted hazelnuts, coffee-scented jus and spinach shoots with hazelnut oil. And for dessert, a crunchy praline, chocolate cookie, citrus insert and chocolate mousse.
