A member of the Collège Culinaire de France, this fine restaurant offers fine traditional cuisine in a natural setting away from the city center. Behind the terrace, a cosy, classy interior with attractive furnishings and a fireplace. The emphasis here is on local produce, with French meats such as canette, honeyed juices and vegetables from the kitchen garden. The chef loves to cook river fish (trout with sauce vierge, red cabbage risotto). We finish with a lemon, yuzu and meringue sablé. A fine wine list accompanies this tasty cuisine with distinctive dishes.
