Angélique and Elijah, passionate cooks, run this excellent restaurant in the Halles district. The many gourmets love the careful, original cooking and pretty presentations. Traditional cuisine revisited, using fresh seasonal produce with a focus on "local" ingredients. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and vegan dishes available on request. After the tuna, mango and lychee tartare, then the pan-fried prawns, ginger and soy sauce and risotto, we fell for the Délice de ganache au chocolat noir, clementine et crumble de pain d'épices. Depending on what's in season, our starters include melting strips of squid with chorizo cream, or breaded feta with sesame and honey. Next, let yourself be tempted by tuna tataki with crispy polenta and sweet potato, lamb pressé with mushroom sauce or farmhouse ribs. For dessert, the authentic French toast with vanilla ice cream and the duo of chocolate ganache and figs are sure to please.
