Chef Frédéric Hervé prepares fresh market cuisine, with dishes that reflect the seasonal nature of fresh produce. Traditional cuisine revisited, reflecting his passion: Japanese-style beef tataki with sweet potato, then veal steak, Jerusalem artichoke pressé with tonka bean, coffee jus and, for dessert, Japanese cheesecake and fresh blood oranges with rose and Sichuan pepper.

Les serveurs nous regardent mais ne viennent pas nous voir. Les seules fois où nous sommes interrogés et que l’on donne notre opinion, le serveur semble blessé dans son égo. Si on ne peut plus dire ce que l’on pense réellement pour qu’ils s’améliorent, ne nous demandez tout simplement pas. Bref d’après les commentaires j’en attendais beaucoup mieux, dommage.
