This master baker, who took part in the show La meilleure boulangerie de France in 2016, owns 2 bakeries in La Roche. A recognised baker, he makes excellent breads, it is for his organic range that he has made a name for himself! Passionate, Dominique Potier offers a beautiful variety of breads made from a red label flour from sustainable and controlled agriculture. We love the delicious "rustic" pastries: kouglof, plum pâté, pistachio and fig tart, gingerbread, cannelés... Rue Salengro, it offers snacking: pizzas, quiches...
