This shop would almost look like a jewellery store with its chocolates all impeccably aligned. Design and "graphic" chocolates, pastries in the same line! Gone are the classic fruit tarts, here the cake is looked at before it is eaten: revisited classics such as the rum baba, with the ambitious name of "frisson". Another alternative to chocolate or lemon tarts, macaroons, just as delicious as the rest. As for chocolates, there are about twenty varieties made from Valrhona chocolate.
