Opened in 2019 in the Halles district, Entre deux fromages is not a bar, but neither is it a cheese shop like any other; on the model of tapas bars, Erwan defines his concept as a cheese bar, offering up to 55 different cheese references! A place that changes from traditional bars to share with friends who love cheese and charcuterie, with a glass of wine. Erwan buys his cheeses from Rodolphe Le Meunier, Meilleur ouvrier de France, based in Tours, and recognized as the best international cheesemaker.
