CREPERIE L'AIR D'ÉTÉ
Gwenaëlle has taken over this crêperie in the heart of the resort. In the dining room, on the pergola, or on the terrace, you can enjoy a delicious galette. Made with 100% organic buckwheat flour (ideal for people with intolerances), they're as original as the Darling (roasted figs, Buffalo camembert, honey and pine nuts) or the Basque made with black pudding, apples and Espelette pepper. For variety, there's the galette of the moment. For dessert, we fell for the Lolotte with salted butter caramel, pistachio ice cream and crêpe Suzette flakes.
