Le Pass'Océan is a new restaurant since 2023. The chef offers traditional, high-quality cuisine, focusing mainly on fish and shellfish. In summer, the menu featured homemade salmon gravlax and roasted octopus with peanut slivers and sauce vierge. Tuna tartare with coconut milk and citrus fruits will refresh hot summers, as will Italian-style beef carpaccio. Vegetarians will love the vegetable curry. As soon as the season arrives, mussels make their debut on the menu. Well-prepared home cooking and fresh produce!
