In Alsace, one always expects to see rustic dining rooms nestled behind half-timbered houses with their geraniums on the windows. At Diana Restaurant, these regional codes have been overturned to offer you a much more contemporary approach: an elegant and bright wooded room, a sumptuous terrace and a very stylish lounge bar. As for the cuisine, it does indeed deviate from the paths of the regional heritage. The menu has something to seduce, as well as the seasonal variations à la carte: avocado stuffed with basquaise, pink trout tartar with herbs, beef fillet and morel sauce, but also Molsheim sauerkraut and veal kidneys with mustard. Here, all the conditions are there to enjoy a meal between tradition and modernity.

Si simple mais si rempli de saveurs! Et les portions étaient bien aussi. Pas comme les autres bons restaurants gastronomiques qui vous servent de petites portions.
Nous avions un moyen chaleureux. J'aimerais que nous puissions manger plus au restaurant. (c'était fermé le dimanche et le lundi quand nous y étions)
