A rustic hotel-restaurant with a terrace offering a cuisine that deviates from the regional heritage.

In Alsace, one always expects to see rustic dining rooms nestled behind half-timbered houses with their geraniums on the windows. At Diana Restaurant, these regional codes have been overturned to offer you a much more contemporary approach: an elegant and bright wooded room, a sumptuous terrace and a very stylish lounge bar. As for the cuisine, it does indeed deviate from the paths of the regional heritage. The menu has something to seduce, as well as the seasonal variations à la carte: avocado stuffed with basquaise, pink trout tartar with herbs, beef fillet and morel sauce, but also Molsheim sauerkraut and veal kidneys with mustard. Here, all the conditions are there to enjoy a meal between tradition and modernity.

Je voulais passer un bon moment et ça été tout le contraire. Sentir qu'on est pas les bien venues.repas : cheveux dans mon assiette, mon ami viande pas cuit comme il le souhaitait en osant lui demander si il voulait le manger quand même malgré la cuisson désiré, j'ai demandé si je pouvais aller fumer une cigarette le temps que nos plats soit refais on me dit que oui et finalement à peine Assise sur le balcon cigarette juste allumé on s'aperçoit que nos plats été sur la table donc on a mangé juste juste chaud. On se rend compte qu'on fait chier le serveur car on lui fait remarquer ses erreurs et le must c'est mon digestif (rhum vieux) avec des glaçons à l'eau ce qui est inadmissible pour moi et quand je l'ai fait remarquer au serveur il m'a bien fait comprendre que personne c'était plein auparavant que j'étais ignare mais manque de bol pour lui je suis fan de rhum vieux et on ne m'a jamais mis de glaçon dans mes rhum,
Donc pour finir j'ai passé une mauvais soir et aucun geste commercial malgré leurs erreurs énormes .
Je ne re commenderai pas.

This year the Diana celebrated its 40 years and on this occasion offered a menu at € 40 drinks/coffee included, sublime menu, just like what is offered on the menu, all served with a smile under the direction of the young Thomas Baly. Ilns' is an exceptional establishment that should have been tried once, the setting is pretty beside the riviêre
