Restaurant in a very nice setting with a cosy atmosphere and a decor that changes according to the season in Molsheim.
The setting is very nice, the lights are dimmed, the atmosphere is subdued, the decoration rotates with the seasons, the cuisine is refined and the service is meticulous. So many reasons to push the door of this restaurant. Here are some ideas that we have gleaned from the menu, they set the tone of the place: chicken stings and mushroom risotto, snail puff pastry, chicken supreme, rib steak, tasting plate, cod on its forbidden rice... There are also the famous flambé pies that make the reputation of Alsace and which can be made into a whole meal by using recipes from the simplest to the most elaborate topping, but it is only on Friday and Saturday evenings.
