PÂTISSERIE SCHADITZKI
Pastry making has been a family business for the Schaditzki family since 1911 in Molsheim. Today it is Jean-Marie, the father, and Christophe, the son, who prepare their "Success", pastries created by Joseph, the great-grandfather, unique and damned. It is a succulent cake that consists of three meringue bases, rich in almonds from Spain and hazelnuts from Italy, topped with a mousseline cream, orange blossom, Bourbon vanilla and toasted hazelnuts. A real delight that attracts gourmands from all over the region! The house also offers mille-feuille, meringue ball, fruit or chocolate desserts, but also various ganaches and ice creams, all served with a smile by Lilian.
