In a former coaching inn, a fine Maître Restaurateur restaurant and 8 hotel rooms. Modern, high-quality cuisine, using mostly local produce. At lunchtime, there's a special menu to keep workers happy, while the other menus show off the chef's palette, such as the saddle of rabbit with "Epicoeur" mustard sauce and cabbage-butternut-apricot puff pastry. We were delighted by the lime fromage blanc mousse, madeleine with rapeseed oil and saffron-curcuma brioche. A fine selection of organic wines and a dining cellar.
