The building dates back to 1850 and it is in this unique charm that the hotel offers rooms, with all the comforts, carried by a family atmosphere as we like them. On the restaurant side, creativity is the order of the day with a surprising menu that revisits local specialities and jostles them with an insolent talent. The chef is inspired by the region with local products, which is immediately announced on the menu: the bread comes from the Lescar region, the andouillette and meat from a butcher in Gan, the cheese from Bâchelet, the famous cheese maker from Pau. The menu evolves very regularly according to the seasons, the market and the mood of the moment, but there are some superb innovations, mainly cooked à la plancha or steamed. A good time to spend in this pleasant establishment!
