AUBERGE LE TUCQ
A family-run inn in the middle of nature where you can enjoy traditional cuisine with local products on the terrace.
On the banks of the river Néez, this family-run hostel is a pretty stopover with a charming setting in the middle of nature. We love this atmosphere at the water's edge, so if you can, eat on the terrace, it's a real treat! A traditional and authentic cuisine awaits you with fresh and local products such as trout from the Pyrenees and sheep's cheese from the Ossau valley. The garbure is there, be careful, it's the real thing with vegetables and pork! We can find real curiosities such as pig's trotters in salad or roasted quail with potatoes and we enjoy simple but perfectly made dishes such as duck confit or ham omelette. The desserts are homemade, from Basque cake to rice pudding, they take you on a voyage to sweet delights with as much charm as the lapping of the river. A beautiful address, typical of Béarn!
