The Victoria opened its doors on Quai George V in La Chaume, Les Sables d'Olonne, in April 2014. With his partner Mathilde, the chef, Stéphane Piveteau, offers a short menu that favours fresh, seasonal products. For lunch, a daily changing formula offers a dish, dessert and coffee, for 17 €. Two other menus at 25 € and 35 €. I chose the lunch formula which proposed that day cuttlefish and a chocolate and strawberry samoussa in the lunch formula or a nice cod and its shot potatoes in the menu at 25 €
