Franck and Guillaume have reopened their doors after a total renovation of this restaurant in La Chaume aux Sables d'Olonne, both in terms of décor and cuisine, which is based on seasonal cuisine, with slate products and a predominance of fish. The view is superb, since from the terrace at the end of the Quay, you overlook the Baie des Sables. The prices are very correct, the plates nicely presented, the dishes original and good! And the icing on the cake is that the reception and service are spotless. On the day of our visit, tuna was the main dish, and it was preceded by cod as an appetizer, brandade style. Very good!
