LS KITCHEN
Hamburgers, tacos and American-style cooking in a restaurant in the fishing port of Les Sables-d'Olonne.
This restaurant in the fishing port is an alternative to French cuisine since it offers "American" cuisine with the full range of US and Tex-Mex specialities that it requires. After all, the United States is right across from Les Sables-d'Olonne, separated by the Atlantic Ocean. No need to fly for hours or undergo jet lag to discover this mixed cuisine, certainly not super-light or refined, but friendly. Start your immersion with homemade squid fritters, or a lighter and more exotic Polynesian salad (diced fish with lime and coconut milk). The spearhead of a very varied menu, premium hamburgers, from classic to the most daring, such as Bollywood with tandoori chicken. We prefer the sure value of Little Italy (mozzarella and pesto) or Wandéen, for the local touch, made with beef, Vendée ham and mizotte. On the tex-mex side, tacos, enchiladas, burritos and other fajitas are on board. If you are not a frequent traveller, then fish and chips, grilled cuttlefish, crying tiger (marinated beef in a Franco-Thai way) or ribs will suit you, before ending on cheesecake.
