Founded in 2022 by Guillaume and Fanny, two enthusiasts of French and Italian gastronomy, this restaurant and pizzeria invites you to enjoy generous, gourmet cuisine on the port of Les Sables-d'Olonne. Accompanied by a chef and pizza maker, they prepare a variety of recipes, using local produce and ingredients imported directly from Italy, to delight your taste buds and introduce you to the authentic flavors of the peninsula. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you can share memorable moments with family and friends. At La Vita E Bella, homemade is the name of the game, whether for traditional pizzas such as the Neapolitan, the Margherita or the Capricciosa, or antipasti such as burrata, beef carpaccio or salumeria, a mixed board of Italian cured meats and cheeses. House specialties include tomato-mozzarella salads, homemade escalope parmigiana, spinach or truffle gnocchi, as well as penne quattro formaggi and ricotta-spinach cannelloni. For dessert, homemade tiramisu and limoncello baba add a touch of sweetness to your meal. What's more, a selection of artisanal ice creams, such as amarena and dame blanche, is on offer to satisfy both young and old in fine weather.
