On the quai de la Chaume, Le Carré does not go unnoticed! Black and gold baroque facade, chandeliers and pendants, original interior decoration, declined on 2 floors on the theme of Lewis Caroll's tale: Alice in Wonderland. The address does not lack originality, just like its owner Dominique. The cuisine is traditional, composed of simple dishes prepared with specialties: stuffed crab, calf's head, sauerkraut from the sea, fillet of sea bass with beurre blanc and homemade purée, monkfish puff pastry with oyster mushrooms or duck breast with raspberries.
