Food Truck offering excellent fish & chips made from fresh fish in Les Sables-d'Olonne.
A quick reminder of what fish & chips is: fresh fish, cooked in a crispy batter and served with French fries. The dish is made only from fresh fish caught by the boats of Sables-d'Olonne and Ile d'Yeu. The dough that Christine makes is prepared as she goes along, contains no milk, eggs, soy or peanuts, and for frying she uses only sunflower oil. The oil is filtered daily and changed weekly. Ideal for a quick lunch break, it is simple and delicious!
