Here, we proudly defend this district of Les Sables, the cradle of the commune! From the ABDQ terrace, you have a panoramic view of the whole bay of Les Sables. On the menu, you'll find only home-cooked dishes from the slate, featuring fresh produce, shellfish from the fishpond and fish from the market: patagos for starters, monkfish tail with Timut pepper, and for meats, the emphasis is on Vendée meats. For dessert, go for the "tout choco". Home-style cooking, well-presented plates and that little"Made in La Chaume" touch that adds to our soul.
