Restaurant, one of the good tables of Sables-d'Olonne, offering creative and seasonal cuisine prepared by Mélanie Sire.
This restaurant is one of the best in Sablais! At the piano, chef Mélanie Sire, who worked at Joël Robuchon's Atelier, and her husband Pierre-Yves, serve. The cuisine is modern and meticulous, with a dose of originality without distorting the basic product, as in the duck ravioli confit with foie gras, celery mousseline and spiced jus, and for dessert, butternut tartlet, squash and sage ice cream. No time to get bored, as the menu changes every 3 months. Good news for vegetarians: a surprise menu can be concocted for them.
