There's no big menu here, just market produce on the slate. Patrice's bistronomic cuisine gives pride of place to fresh produce, which is undoubtedly why Fatra remains one of the finest restaurants in the Sablais region! In a menu that follows the seasons, Marie-Pierre announces roasted langoustines, foie gras, grilled leek and shellfish jus, followed by sweetbreads to be paired with one of her fine wines. For dessert, carrot cake, praline cream, candied carrot and vanilla-truffle ice cream.
