Restaurant in front of Villa Verde where local products are privileged in the elaboration of the dishes in Sables-d'Olonne
This restaurant, located opposite Villa Verde in Olonne-sur-Mer, is a pleasant surprise. A voluble, epicurean owner, and sincerity on the plate. So much so, in fact, that without a reservation, you'll have to pass, as the address always fills up. The emphasis is on local produce, with fish from the fish market and local meats. The menu changes almost entirely each day, with, on our visit: fish of the day in a pistachio crust, vegetables, melon cream, followed by a salted butter caramel tartlet.
